How long this wine is aged in wood is also a mystery. But one thing is certain; it provides a wonderful smell and taste!
Lots of aromas of red fruit and vanilla with some spice. The taste is nicely fruity with soft tannins. You can also taste pepper, toasted oak, strawberries, some herbs and caramel.
Delicious with red meat from the BBQ or a rich (vegetable) stew.
